The intensity and pressure of the massage is always monitored during each session and is based on the clients individual needs. This massage offers the best care and ultimate relaxation.
Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy massage is a relaxing massage specifically designed to meet the needs of expecting mothers, such as aching shoulders or low back pain. The massage is given in a side lying position while mother-to-be is comfortably supported by pillows. Doctor’s permission is required for the first trimester of pregnancy.
Hot Stone MassageIf you like heat then you will love a hot stone massage. Massage strokes are given with the use of hot stones to help “melt away” tissue tension. Relax with warm sweeping strokes that will sooth muscles and relieve your pain.
Reiki
Reiki is calming energy work which subtly stimulates the body's own healing mechanism. Reiki can aid in relieving stress, pain, migraines, & lethargy and has been know to be helpful for people suffering with chronic pain.
ReflexologyReflexology is a unique method using pressure point therapy to stimulate over seven thousand nerve endings located on each foot. These nerve endings correspond to all parts of the body including organs and glands. Unblocking these nerve pathways with Reflexology can help balance and restore your body’s natural healing process.
Onsite Chair Massage
This is a way to fit the benefits of massage into an active lifestyle. Chair massage is a fifteen-minute massage that will focus on the primary areas of muscle tension associated with your specific type of work. It can be provided at a place of employment to decrease stress and increase productivity. Chair massage also helps reduce work related injuries. Unlike a table massage, chair massage will leave you relaxed yet invigorated for the rest of your day.

Neuromuscular / Trigger Point ReleaseTrigger points, more commonly known as knots, are small areas of tension in the muscles. This tension creates toxic build-up in the area causing pain. Neuromuscular massage incorporates pressure point techniques and deep tissue massage to eliminate the trigger point and flush out the toxins in the tissue. Your therapist will always monitor the pressure used so that it is within your tolerance.
Sports Massage
Sports massage combines massage techniques and stretching to help enhance your athletic performance and assist in preventing injury. Focus is given to specific muscles based on your sport or fitness activity and needs.
Myofascial Release (MFR)
MFR is a gentle form of bodywork that involves locating soft tissue restrictions due to trauma or muscle imbalances. Once the restricted area is located, your therapist will provide gentle mobilization and localized stretching. This in turn will allow the tissue to relax and realign in a more normalized pattern.
Craniosacral Release (CSR)
CSR is a gentle, hands-on method that can affect the body’s innermost system, which includes the membranes along your skull and spine, spinal fluid, and spinal cord. Using gentle pressure, restrictions in this system can be released, which can enhance the overall function of your nervous system and strengthen your body’s resistance to disease. This work is effective for a wide range of problems associated with pain and dysfunction.
