Lomi Lomi Massage
Lomi-Lomi is a Hawaiian Massage that progressively works from light to deep pressure. This is done with long sweeping forearm strokes in a rhythmic flow which follows breath as well as static compressions and stretching techniques. This massage improves posture and stretches the full length of tightened muscles. Many clients report feeling lighter, freer and more connected from this specialized massage.

Reflexology is a unique method using pressure point therapy to stimulate over seven thousand nerve endings located on each foot. Theses nerve endings correspond to all parts of the body including organs and glands. Unblocking these nerve pathways with Reflexology can help balance and restore your body's natural healing process.
Craniosacral Release (CSR)
CSR is a gentle hands-on method that can effect the body's inner most system which includes the membranes along your skull & spine, spinal fluid & spinal cord. Using gentle pressure, restrictions in this system can be released which can enhance the overall function of your nervous system and strengthen your body's resistance to disease. This work is effective for a wide range of problems associated with pain and dysfunction.
Lymphatic massage helps the lymph system do a better job by assisting the body in clearing sluggish tissues of waste and swelling. This treatment is applied by a light pressure in a rhythmic, circular motion that stimulates the lymphatic system to work more efficiently. The lymph gets filtered and circulated back to the heart. Lymphatic massage can be applied on specific areas of the body or as a full body treatment. Doctor's permission may be required for recent post-surgical sessions or other medical treatments.
