Karen Drelick, LMT
Karen Drelick, LMT is the owner of Rejuvenations Professional Massage. She started her career in the medical field as a physical therapy assistant in 1987 and worked at the Portsmouth Hospital for 13 years before pursuing her massage therapy license.
Karen is known as a specialist in the field of chronic pain management. She has helped improve functional activity and reduce pain in many clients with Fibromyalgia, injury recovery and chronic pain.
“I didn’t want to be a typical spa,” says Karen. “ I wanted my clinic to accommodate everyone who would benefit from massage.” Karen has training and experience in several massage techniques including: Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Sports, Kinesio Taping, Geriatric, Oncology, Pregnancy and Swedish.
Karen is currently accepting new clients for therapeutic and clinical services.
Sara Drelick, LMT
Sara Drelick, LMT is a graduate of the South-Eastern School of Neuromuscular Therapy in SC and joined the Rejuvenations team when she moved to New Hampshire in 2011.
As a massage therapist, Sara believes client comfort and satisfaction are key. Clients enjoy Sara's calm demeanor and appreciate her detailed approach. She understands that clients are often unaware that their body is holding stress in specific locations which can then manifest into chronic pain.
Sara is very skilled at finding pain referring trigger points, or knots, to help relieve client pain. "I truly believe that the client's comfort and satisfaction are key. Most pain and stress can be eliminated by working together with the client to address their individual needs."
Sara specializes in both relaxing and rehabilitating massage. Discovering relief for each client's needs is something that brings Sara great joy and pride.
Pamela Zaikowski-Noyes, LMT
Specializing in rehabilitation and sports modalities, Pamela has been providing high-quality therapeutic massage since 2007. In addition to being a licensed massage therapist, Pamela is also a Certified Personal Trainer.

Pamela holds both state and national licenses in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. In addition, Pamela is licensed in North Carolina, and certified in the following specialties: Integrated Neuromuscular Re-Education Therapy and Positional Release, Myofascial Release, Active Muscle Therapy, Myofascial Sports Massage, Trigger Points - Assessment and Treatment.
Amanda Rowe, LMT
As a native to Exeter, Amanda loves everything the Seacoast has to offer. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and being active in this wonderful, diverse community she calls home.
Amanda has been a licensed massage therapist since 2009 and also works as a medical assistant at Access Sports Medicine. Being an athletic person herself and working in the medical field, Amanda enjoys helping athletes of all ages. She understands the importance of muscle health and healing for recovery as well as enhancing physical performance.
"I also really find pleasure with working with people who have specific injuries such as sciatica, shoulder problems, whiplash, etc." Amanda states. "My goal as a massage therapist is to always strive to learn new techniques to be able to heal and educate my peers and the people in my community."
Cassie Boyd, LMT
Motivated, considerate, and knowledgeable are just a few words used to describe Cassie Boyd, LMT. She is driven to learn how to ease individual’s concerns and conditions as well as assist in their personal care. Her interests in yoga, chakras and organic personal homeostasis lead her aspiration to aid others in their own self-care.
Cassie Boyd, LMT started out at Rejuvenations through our student internship program. She obtained a New Hampshire State and National License for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork in 2015. She has continued her education by becoming certified in Neuromuscular Massage, Reiki 1 and Kinesiology Taping. She plans on continuing her education by taking courses to fit her client’s needs and personal interests.
“I feel so much gratitude when I see a client jointly progress in their physical and mental state. My priority is an individual’s quality of life, if I can enhance that I feel like I am achieving the ‘ultimate goal’ of making the world a better place. I am so grateful and fortunate to have a job that gives me this opportunity, a job that I genuinely love.”
Kelly Doerge, LMT
Kelly is a graduate of New York College of Health Professions. She relocated to New Hampshire where she is enjoying the calmer pace of life. In her spare time, she likes completing obstacle course races-the muddier the better. She's also an avid quilter and spends a lot of her free time playing with fabric.
"I love the moment I feel that connection with my clients while they're under my care. It helps me tailor my treatment plan to better meet their needs," Kelly says. She finds joy in witnessing the metamorphosis in each client from before to after treatment.
Kelly specializes in Cupping therapy and received her Advanced Cupping certification from the International Cupping Therapy Association. She is also certified in Craniosacral Therapy and doTerra's Aromatouch technique.
In addition to providing relaxing, rejuvenating and therapeutic massages she also offers reflexology treatments, AromaTouch, Craniosacral Therapy & Cupping Therapy.
Lynn Tatarczuk, LMT
Lynn has 20 + years’ experience in the health/ fitness and mind/body profession. She is a NH State licensed massage therapist as well as having certifications in Reiki II, Meditation and Peer Support Group Leadership.
Lynn owned her own massage and healing practice for over 14 years in the Exeter area. She worked for over 8 years at Synergy Health and Fitness, on the Exeter Hospital Campus, teaching Body Flow (tai chi, yoga and meditation) and Aquatics as well as being a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner.
Lynn specializes in deep tissue, as well as relaxation and Reiki. She uses a whole-health approach, taking all aspects of wellness into account when working with her clients to facilitate healing on all levels.
"I love helping my clients see the connection between lifestyle and how it can show up in the body, and then helping them move through it."
Molly Yarrington, LMT
Molly is a licensed massage therapist in New Hampshire and Maine. After graduating from Florida College of Natural Health in Orlando, Florida in 1999, she honed her skills at some of the top four and five diamond resort spas on the southeast coast. Working at a variety of day spas, a chiropractic clinic, and building a private therapeutic massage practice in Savannah, Georgia, Molly’s range of experience is extensive.
After discovering rowing at Rollins College, Molly’s passion for the sport led her into a self-designed major in Holistic Health and Optimal Performance where she married studies in western sports and health psychology and eastern philosophies and traditions with applied learning in yoga, meditation, and other alternative health modalities. This led her down the path to becoming a massage therapist, and for a time, a rowing coach for Masters, scholastic, and youth rowers.
Molly excels in blending techniques and methods to create a truly integrative massage experience that leaves each client feeling more grounded in their body, more connected to their whole self, and calm and at ease when they leave her table. “My aim is to create a nurturing space where clients are able to release the tensions of life and connect with a path to better health,” Molly says.
With her recent relocation to the Seacoast, she is enjoying a return to life on the coast, exploring all that New Hampshire and New England have to offer, and spending time with her new rescue pup, Luna Roo.
Candie Wright, Office Manager
Candie joined the team at Rejuvenations in 2004. Two years later she established Candie's Bookkeeping and More to assist small businesses with their operational needs, but maintained her role as Office Manager at Rejuvenations.
Candie attending Hesser College for accounting in 1986. She has decades of office and bookkeeping experience in healthcare, service-based, financial and retail industries. Candie is pleased to help Rejuvenations’ clients with questions concerning appointments, payment and insurance.
In addition to bookkeeping, Candie is also a Certified Meditation Instructor and Reiki II practitioner. She holds several coaching certificates including Professional Life Coach, Happiness Life Coach, Stress Coach and Life Purpose Coach. Candie established Serenity Meditation in 2011 to share her knowledge of relaxation and meditation with others.
Candie began volunteering as a Trustee for Annie’s Angels Memorial Fund, Inc. in 2011, and maintains that honor today. She is one of the founders of Annie’s Helping Hands Oncology Program and is the the Auction Chairperson for the Annie’s Angels’ annual Heavenly Ball Fundraiser.
